We are IC Spectrum. We chose our name based on the variety that it implies. Spectrum is often associated with the many colors that make up visible light. In our case, IC Spectrum is linked to the different semiconductor devices that we will produce and the diverse group of talented people that will make our company strong.

We are now a team of experienced managers and engineers with various backgrounds related to the application, design, development, manufacture and sale of today's semiconductor integrated circuits. The members of our core team have gained their experience after working for leading IDM's, foundries, and independent IC design houses. Besides the technical and managerial backgrounds, our team's strength also comes from its diversity. Our members come from the US, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Canada, and the European Union. From these different points of view, we have a creative environment that generates new solutions to constantly improve our performance. IC Spectrum's diversity also gives us a significant advantage in dealing with the international market. Our customers and partners find it easier to work with IC Spectrum because they see familiar people that share their values, native language, and culture.

We are building an 8" wafer manufacturing facility in Kunshan, China with a planned capacity of 35k wafers per month. The facility is scheduled to complete by Q1 of 2009. We will run 0.35um to 0.13um technologies with logic, embedded flash, and mixed-signal processes. We will begin production in 2009. Our goal is to supply IC's back to the growing demand in China - especially for electronics companies located in our hometown of Kunshan.
